We focus our advice, support and solutions into the three areas of Health and Safety, People and Business Process management.
We have extensive experience of development, implementation and operation of management systems accredited to BS EN ISO 9000 (Quality Management), 14001 (Environmental) and 18001 (Health & Safety) together with auditing, system and management review.
We are also highly proficient in business process improvement, accident investigation, root cause analysis and the delivery of action plans in complex and networked organisations.

Paul Haxell
Founder and Principal
Paul is the Managing Director at Adaugeo Solutions responsible for the provision of consultancy Health & Safety, coaching and improvement services to a variety of projects and clients. He is a highly competent and experienced Health, Safety & Environmental professional with strategic and operational business skills in addition to the technical Health and Safety skill set. He has previously been a Partner at Park Health & Safety Partnership for whom he continues to provide delivery support as an Associate.
